Since early 2015, Top Boxing has been developing training programs for both adults & children – boxing & fitness programs that are professional, enjoyable & an excellent way to get into shape.

Key features of the programs are:

Sessions are 45 minutes, BOXING, HIIT and FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH training

Each session is different although the goal remains the same – train hard, work up a sweat & burn calories

Sessions cater for all skill levels – beginner to advanced
